    Support Ticket Response Time

    Submitted a support ticket on the 5th of August for an item refund because I bought the wrong item with my Phantasmagoria. Got a reply on the 10th saying they would check over the logs to make sure I discarded the erroneously purchased item and give me my tomes back, which I did. Was really hoping that the refund would be taken care of before reset or at least by my raid time so I could purchase the tome weapon on time for raid, and it's not looking good.

    I don't really know how else to get this process moving faster, so here I am.
    Any help would be appreciated.

    Be patient? I don't think asking a refund for a non-unique in-game currency (we are not talking about golden chocobo feathers here) is something they would even consider to do.

    Be patient, as mentioned. A currency you earn daily is easily replaced, so it's probably very low priority. I'd just accept you got it, put it aside for a later class, and wait and see what happens.

    they don't do refunds for something you erroneously purchased with tomes. they only do one time item restorations. i'm afraid you're going to have to deal with your mistake.

    They'll refund the currency provided you discard the item you purchased as they instructed, which I've already done. I've had a friend who made a similar request back in Stormblood and his was taken care of much more quickly.
