new/restarting players?

Hello everyone,

I was wondering if this world will be full of new players, or those that want to restart? Or will it be full of 50s like the other worlds?
Im thinking of restarting, but would like to do so with lots of other people instead of .. me, alone :P

I think 2.0 may be one of the better times to restart. With an altered presentation and more people that are eager to start out at the beginning again, you may have a different/interesting experience.
