Submitted a support ticket on the 5th of August for an item refund because I bought the wrong item with my Phantasmagoria. Got a reply on the 10th saying they would check over the logs to make sure I discarded the erroneously purchased item and give me my tomes back, which I did. Was really hoping that the refund would be taken care of before reset or at least by my raid time so I could purchase the tome weapon on time for raid, and it's not looking good.

I don't really know how else to get this process moving faster, so here I am.
Any help would be appreciated.
