Disconnect error: 90002 (constant)

I get these 90002 dc's sometimes constantly (every 5 to 10 minutes), making instances like dungeons impossible for me, and sometimes I don't get them for an hour or so.

For the record, I have already done everything that has been recommended such as:

Open the IE browser, open the "Tools", go to "Internet Options" and adjust the following settings:
- Under the "General" tab, please delete ALL browser history.
- Under the "Security" tab, please move the slider to the lowest possible settings or no higher than "Medium"
- Under the "Privacy" tab, click “Advanced” and select ‘Accept’ under both First Party and Third Party Cookies.
- Under the "Advanced" tab, please make sure that "Allow software to run or install even if signature is invalid" is CHECKED.
- Make sure that all SSL and TLS (EXCEPT SSL 3.0) are CHECKED. [SSL 3.0 should be UNCHECKED]
- Hit "Apply" to save the settings, and then "OK, to close the Internet Options menu.

and..

Port Forwarding the following ports:
TCP: 54992-54994
55006-55007
55021-55040

So, now that is out of the way. I see that ALOT of people wrestle with this and it seems these fixes don't always help others either. I have confirmed that is it not the connection on my end. I have a very good modem/router, strong internet connection when this is happening, and no other programs running in the background.

Is there anyway to do something about this? Because for the sub I am paying this is making gameplay intolerable. Help pls?

How long have you been experiencing these connection issues? Does they only happen in dungeons or instances?

I have experienced these issues since I started playing the game a few months ago. The disconnects are more common in dungeons and instances, but are not solely related to them. I have gotten the same disconnects in the open world areas as well, though it is less common.

Are you connected directly to the router or are you using wifi? Please also make sure the game application is allowed through the fire wall.
