I have been playing this game on and off for 2 years over the last year with the fail of WOW I pushed into this game playing major catch up. In doing so I am passing everything by. I am now 80 AST, I am completely lost. I completely love my FC but they are busy doing what they are doing to be raid rdy. however I am trying to be as good as I was in wow in this game. I know I can’t copy and paste my skill from one to another. My OCD is kicking in and I am getting overwhelmed. I guess what I am asking is to talk with people who are going through something similar and what to do. I want to raid the fc wants needs a AST however as of right now everyone is hating on that job. So I can’t find what it is I need. There is a lot more to this and I am just word vomiting right now so I am sorry.

There are plenty of helpful people to be found on the forum, but they can't give answers to questions that aren't being asked. What exactly do need to know or need help with?

My advice as a recently returning player is to take your time. Smell the roses. Use your walk/run toggle. Enjoy the story. There's hours of content, social interaction, beautiful designed scenery and good times to be had. This game isn't going anywhere. No need to stress. Enjoy the now. Its all we have. ✌

I am sorry this week has been hard. I agree and I am sorry as I didn’t really ask a direct question. That’s kinda my point. For someone to come in and need help I don’t know the right questions to ask. I am trying to find enjoyment. I agree with taking my time. I am trying to find my place in the game.

That one line is ringing in my ear. This game isn’t going anywhere. Everyone around me is lovingly rushing me as I get it they want me to enjoy what they are enjoying. However in doing so they forget that I and others like me do not understand what the game has to offer. What I am looking for is someone(s) of like mind or someone(s) who understands.

So I myself am a former WoW player as well. Pretty new as well. If what you are wanting is to know what you should be doing then here is my advice.
If you are seeking PVE content then hit max level first and complete the MSQ. After doing so then the all knowing grind for gear starts.
Since we have both played WoW I will explain in a way that will be easy to get.

Upon reaching max level:
1) Unlock all the end game dungeons (Twinning and Akademia) along with Extreme mode of the 2 trials and Edens gate (raid). This will set you up to be able to tackle all of the content as you gear up.
2) Run your Daily Roulettes every day. Consider this like the WoW Daily Heroic dungeons we would do. By doing this you get a healthy chunk of Goetia Tomestones which you can use to purchase 440 gear in Eulmore. You can grind dungeons all day long if you want for these tomestones however you only get the bonus from the first Roulette each day.
3) Phantasmagoria (i think i spelled that right) tomes are kinda the equivalent of how WoW used to have Marks of Valor back in the day. There is a 450 weekly cap on how many you can get and it unlocks 460 gear and all of it is pretty pricey. Work towards your cap by doing roulette dailies. My advice would be save up for the 10 Rowena's Tokens so you can unlock your 460 weapon as soon as you can since its easily the most expensive piece to grind for.
4) Run Edens Gate Normal Mode. All 4 of these bosses drop tokens that you can roll for weekly. Once you get enough tokens you can cash them in at the Eulmore vendor for 450 gear. Also I believe by completing all 4 bosses each week you get 1 weapon token. You need 7 of these tokens to unlock your 460 weapon.
5) After getting in all 440 gear then just keep doing your daily roulettes to get capped on your phantasmagoria tokens and after you get your weapon then grind them out to get 460 gear. Also if you can get in a forgiving group thats willing to let you learn I would reccommend doing the Extreme Trials of Titania and Vauthry weekly cause you can get tokens from them that unlock 450 gear as well.

Thats pretty much it for basic end game content. After that you get into the higher tier stuff such as Savage mode raiding which requires a bit more coordination and effort from all involved but drops the highest gear in the game currently.

I hope that all helped man I get that its rough being new. I have been and still am there as I am trying to push into Savage mode raiding as we speak. Hopefully I helped a little

The most important thing to worry about unlocking right now is the Twinning and Akademia Anydor. The Extreme mode of Innocence and Titania along with the Edens Gate raid bosses get you the higher level gear. Twinning and Anydor will unlock expert roulette which is a great source of Tomestones.

Eden 4 drops the weapon token, it doesn't matter if you did the other 3 first (obviously the very first time you have to do them in order).
Since you need 7 of those for the weapon there is not need to save up the phantasm tomestones right off the bat. In 6 weeks you can earn 2700 tomestones (6 * 450), so you can safely spend 1700 (well, technically 1710) of those and on the first day of week 7 you can do Eden 4 and then spend the remaining 1000 tomestones and the 7 weapon tokens to get your weapon.

Ah ok i didnt know how the weapon token worked good to know lol. I just knew i was getting one every week. I wasnt sure which boss.
