WHM going to become black sheep of healers again

5.05 patch:

- SCH got energy drain back that will give same damage like WHM and make him OP again
- ASTRO lot of buffs
- WHM got nothing again

2 more patches like this and WHM will be again unwanted shit for raids like it was in SB that no1 want this class GJ SE !

mark my words, soon history will repeat itself like it was in SB

drop your WHM before it too late and go level SCH or ASTRO if you want keep your raid slot

I think you are over reacting a little bit. Energy Drain for SCH just allows them to spend Aetherflow on something useful than healing abilities when no healing is needed just to build gauge. AST is still in a rough spot but just a little less rough. I'm so not reading doom and gloom in the whm channel on the balance discord. If buff's to your fellow healer's that really needed them bother's you this much I'm very sad for you.

As it stands now, if you are at 3 lilies and party is at full HP, there is absolutely nothing else to use it on. So it's unfair that SCH gets something like that (again), yet WHM lily gauge is still not in the place it should be and we only have one job gauge (Lily gauge), unlike SCH which has two (Aetherflow and Faerie Gauge).

I would love WHM to have a feature like this, but the idea that if one class doesn’t have something then the others shouldn’t got us into this mess. It was a much simpler thing for them to restore an old move than to add a whole new one. It would be better for both classes to have it, but SCH having it is better than neither.

You're really whining about WHM healing? Have you even played WHM this expansion?

Sch got energy drain and a buff to Art of War which will get used in raids just as much as Holy. I don't think WHM is losing any ground to the other healers right now. Astro heals were improved but it's raid DPS contribution is still questionable. I'm relieved to say that WHM still seems really viable in my opinion.
