Why wouldn't they it looks like all it takes is stenciling on a picture in one color. What is the cost of that really? 10 cents per unit and can't they just open a few boxes in a warehouse and do that. Then they can then sell PS3's to people who already have one, and people only buying one for FFXIV which I'm sure there is a quite few (probably more than bought one JUST for FFXIII).
