    another Unable to download patch files [30413][25008][10009] problem

    so yeah, just bought the new expansion and I can't DL the new content because I keep getting this error code. I feel like I've tried all of the workarounds various thread suggested but it still isn't working out...pretty frustrating.

    im on PC, Windows 10 home and have a wired connection.

    i didn't have IE installed but i DLed it and tried the steps in an older thread and that didnt work.

    Changed compatibility to W7 and ran as an admin which didnt help.

    i did the port forwarding suggestion both in my network settings on my PC and directly in my routers control panel, no luck.

    i Dled a VPN and tried to use that to no avail.

    emptied my cache in firefox which is the browser i use, flushed my DNS after changing it and adding the exceptions, turned off my firewalls, closed all other applications, turned off the windows firewall. nothing seems to be working.

    am i missing any possible fixes?

    Edit: i should note that one of the many attempts I made did get to about 2% before getting the error, which was when i had it in windows 7 compatability mode with no other programs running(before i did all the other crazy port/dns/etc. stuff) but aside from that one time the error shows up first thing.

    yeah I'm directly connected to the router with an ethernet cable. The problem started on Friday when I got the shadowbringers dlc and tried to update the game. since that time I've tried to reset my router and remove and reinstall the game, but although i uninstalled it, Im still getting the same error when im trying to re download
