Wyvern Suggestion

But since the release of v2.0 info some time ago I've had an idea to solve the Dragoon wyvern debate, and that is this:

There have been promises made of being able to bring our mounts (i.e. Chocobos) into combat with us. If that is indeed going to be the case then it would be quite simple to give the Dragoon a job exclusive wyvern mount that would have comparable strength to a chocobo in combat.

No, that wouldn't solve anything. Play the Dragoon Storyline, we are clearly introduced as dragonkillers, infused with the power of the dragons to fight them on equal footing! Can't go around hugging my wyvern in Ishgard, can i?

Dragons are introduced as very evil entitys, which corrupt the mind of mankind and make mortals into slaves for the dragonkin. Even the Dragoon himself has to keep the dragon soul in check, or else it consumes his mind, resulting that even people with very reasonable grudges against the dragonkin submit to their cause.

I like the fact that we are fighting dragons not keep them as our pets and i urge SE to not change anything lore related... Would be a major letdown.
