Wrong character selected as recipient for Mogstation item

Hello, I recently purchased 3 phials of Fantasia, and as I've made many purchases in the past.. my default recipient has always been Eclair Solaire and decided this once to not double check. I logged in today and waited to no avail, and when I decided to check my second character, Crossbreed Yorshka, I saw that she held the phials.

I wanted to inquiry if there's any way I can transfer the Fantasia to Solaire? Thanks for any help.

Unfortunately the issue you are describing is something we are not able to assist with in the Technical Support Forum. In order get the proper support, you will need to contact the North American Support Center. To assist with contacting them, we have gone ahead and opened a support ticket for you. The ticket number has been sent to the email associated to your Square Enix ID.
