last quests for blm and war bugged possibly more

ok not sure how the devs tested but these are bugged and im guessing the others are too.

we had a few members die in a fight, however it does not kick us when the instance is over. we have to log off for over 3 mins then log back in to hope that we are out of the instance.

this is not just a me thing its an game issue where it happens to everyone.

plz fix asap or in next hot fix patch, its kind of frustrating.

This bug wouldn't happen if you didn't die in the black mage fight.

We found that if the person who started the instance runs out of the room, (the red circle), then if anyone who had died in the instance gets spit out.

This isn't just on this quest. I've noticed it on a few other of the new quests.

1) lol u funny auritribe, but seriously no one likes an ass so i would appreciate it if you didnt have anything good to say keep it to yourself.
2) Mischif that would be good but if more than 1 person in the pt has that quest its kinda hard if almost the whole pt wipes
3) ToxicFox ya ive experienced this on the war quest too

Internet Connection Speed: 2mbps (ya i know its not the fastest but i have no probs w/ it)
Date & Time: Its random, sometimes it happens in the War and Blm quests so I cannot give you specifics. I can say that it happens everytime I have done these quests though.
Frequency: at least 3 or 4 times w/ each of those quests while doing them

World: Trabia
Class/Skill Rank: Blm 50, Whm 50, Brd 50
Area and Coordinates: not sure the exact area I just know that its the last quest for War and Blm

NPC Name: none its the quest that is bugged
Monster Name: Curious George and Barbaros (spelling?)
In-Game time: varies like i said above
Steps:
1 go into instance (sometimes it pops up that i am bound to the duty then right after that it says that i am not, odd that this happens)
2 start fight
3 someone screws up
4 ppl start dyin
5 we are stuck in the instance
6 have to log out and wait 2-5 mins then log back in

Sorry if i sound like an ass, im really not trying to but i am sure if the devs were to do these quests 20 times and wipe in all of those they will find out this bug.
