Can the activation of Divine Veil just give the shield instantly? It's actually incredibly annoying to deal with Diving Veil because you need to pop it much earlier than every other tank aoe mitigation and it requires a unnecessary heal to proc. I don't even mind the shield not applying to the PLD but seriously just let the skill instantly grant the party a shield.
This was what Clemency was made for after the adjustments in 3.3 I believe, but even still I agree it isn’t as visible. Having 30s to pop Divine Veil is good and all, but about half the time Healers I run into don’t even think about tossing me one even when I use my Macro to sound off when it goes up.
