Translation of the Development Panel in Shanghai China

Hi everyone,

As you know, Shanghai is hosting a Fanfest this weekend. This time Yoshi-p and Mr.Yosuke Hayashi (Leader of item designing team) participated in the Development Panel.

I did not see the translation of this part, so I tried to do it and its done. hopefully you will enjoy it. the DOC file is too large because it contains many screenshots, so I can only upload and share this PDF version.

In this Development Panel, Hayashi-san shared us how he made items with the example of new eden gears. Also, he shared some interesting stories happened in the dev team. And most importantly, he brought some gifts as an item designer.
