Light (ODIN) Newly formed midcore static looking members for savage and possibly ultimate content.

Hey guys. Here’s short list of what we looking. If you interested - read long one about who we are and what we want exactly.

Short one:

Looking for expirienced players that wish to attend and do full savage clear in a reasonable time ( 4-7 weeks ), and try Ultimate as hard as possbile ( at the raid time only ofc ).

Roles needed: none
Raid schedule: Tue Wed Fri , 19:00 – 22:00 Server Time ( with possibility of adding 1 extra day if people have enough ambition and energy and going back to 3 when group want to rest and chill, in any case it is preferable that you as participant are ok with both 3 and 4 day scenarios )

Discord client \ microphone for voice communication. Its ok for you to listen only most of the time. But at some moments voice is required.

Long one:

Who we are: group of veteran ffxiv and other mmo players that decide to form their own midcore static and to complete ShB savage tiers + if possible Ultimate. Our players from diffirent countries done diffirent savage tiers in past ( with pugs and statics ) and have moderate succes with Ultimate content.

THE MOST IMPROTANT THING: yes we are not hardcore in a sense of world first kills , first week kills, best logs or fast runs. BUT we are not casual in any sense either. We want it done and more improtantly we want YOU TO WANT IT DONE. Golden middle /wink Stat weights, optimal rotation, diffirent openings for diffirent party combinations and specific encounters, job synergys, boss tactics – you need to make your own reasearch of all this things and well... be good or at least keep trying your best to be good. Ofc we will help with everything we know and share our thoughts tactics , guide videos and any other knowledge on the subject. You are the person that need to be intersested enough – all other things will come by itself =)

The second not so but also really important thing: Raid attendance. No one will kick you if something happens and you skip raid evening. But hey, judging by expirience from the past, there are always people that got late, got sick, have emergency troubles with family\PC\work\anything ( but in reality they just decide to go and drink some booze with friends or just dont feel like raiding tonight ). And there are people that came by time no matter what, just becauses they want it. And when you want it you will find ways to solve problems and not give up to them. So force major is understandable but if every player have force major once per month we will have 4 raid days in a month instead of 12 =) So i beilieve in you !

Learning speed: we can wipe as many times as needed as long group have some progress per raid night. If after 50th wipe people die at the same mechanics we will be forced to do something about it. Never blame people for their mistakes! (after some time i will blame them for not learning on mistakes ^^, so YOU need to be a good guy in a group )

Now to the good things.

META: our group 120% sure that you can complete anything with anything as long as it 2 tanks, 2 healers, caster melee ranged and one whatever with no doubles. So as long as you good with your job and no duplicates in raid you can play any job that you want from free spots that we have. Dancers will dominate range spot? Pfff bards and MCH welcome. SCH and AST combo forever? We are w8ing your WHM! Tired of PLD WAR reign? Bring your edgy DRK right to us.

Be a decent human being – respect others and be nice to them! It will lead to good relationships, fun times, and dead bosses! Trust me i am engeneer.
