This game defenetely requires in the Inventory a huge quality of life improvement
1. Weapons and Tools shouldn't be put together, the game has simply too many classes for such a retarded outdated system, that was designed under ARR as a measurement, not under Shadowbringers with like half a dozen classes more...
2. Same should be done with Gears and Accessoires
3. Inventory Space of our bags needs to be increased from 175 to like 250, for example be stop wasting space for somethin idiotic like quest items, quest items should just be in an invisible bag, useable stuff like the compass or maps, should be put into some kind of Toolbelt Skillbar Segment that one of the many we can have should be turned into, to be able to quickuse these things without needing to open the inventory.
4. Companion Bag should raise in size with each companion level by 5 Slots.
5. The tons of trash items this game has, needs to get reduced, theres alot of outdated stuff, that should be either removed from the game, or reworked to receive new puposes to make the items valuable/useful again
6. Things like fishing lures should be put into container items, that you can open and close for basically "sub inventories", so that like out of 50 lures with full slots, becomes just 1 slot, which contains 50 Lures, this way can be massively space saved up for other things to store.
7. GW2 is on this a perfect example, FF14 needs an Account Chest System to allows player to storage into it all kinds of crafting materials, glamours ect, so that you dont have to run around with alk this stuff with you, if you craft something would take the game automatically everything needed from your Account Chest, if you have what is needed, its just a way better designed and much more comfortable system, compared to what FF14 has looks like made by a scrub, who had no idea about what he's doing and what kind of inventory management is neccessary for a MMORPG, thinking about it what a disaster 1.0 was, I just believe the same person must have been responsible for this inventory mess.
8. Changing skins / glamours is there also a much better system without any ridiculous limitations, as also the dyeing system is there a thousand times better and more modern techlogically, as also simpler to use, than the garbage mechanics here, where the very few colors we have are all inventory trash, instead of being just chooseable colors you've unlocked for your account.
In regard of quality of life is GW2 compared to FF14 miles ahead in regard of inventory management, character customization with skins and colors as also crafting/gathering management with materials too.

SE should really take a close look on this Game to see, what can be improved on FF14 based on those massive game quality difference, to realize where FF14 is significantly lacking, compared to the game concurrence on the market of the other well doing AAA MMORPGs.
