Unable to progress the Lvl 63 Scholar Quest

I just recently jumped my summoner to 70 and decided to go back and do all the scholar quest at once. I got to the level 63 quest where I need to cast Lustrate on Setoto, but for some reason, it keeps being cast on me. I made sure I was targeting him and everything. I can't tell if its something I'm doing wrong or if I'm just stuck.

Edit: I figured it out lol, The quest wanted me to cast Adlo, but the text said Lustrate, so the quest text is incorrect.

Yup. After the 5.0 changes, requiring you to be in combat for Aetherflow, the quest was a bit awkward if you didn't have any stacks to cast Lustrate. They recently fixed the quest, but failed to change the quest text.
