    Pretty sure you can fish up the haddock at level 1. Or at least, would assume, since you can catch it with level 1 bait. Same for CUL. You have access to the recipe at level 1, ingredients are cheap and plentiful, you don't even need to HQ the item, it's an easy craft. Quite frankly, if you stock up on the ingredients, cooking is almost definitely faster and easier than jumping.

    The CUL challenge is a little less accessible than FSH because you do need to fetch ingredients from elsewhere - poptoes can't be purchased from shops, and the oil and salt are only sold by the Sahagin tribe or have to be crafted from raw ingredients - though you'd be making these anyway if you picked up the class just for this.
