PC Restarts?

So i bought a geforce 2080 TI Matrix card.

When i play Overwatch, 2xWow and archeage on the same time (They are open) and use many chrome Tabs, my PC is running fine.

But when i start FFXIV and just idle in town, then after some minuts my PC just restarts. (playing onn everything maxed out)

I even tried Benchmark software, stress test nothing crashes the pc besides FFXIV

anyone tried this before?

I had a similar crash few years back, needed to get a new CPU to stop it happening

I got one of the newest CPUs,. And been playing the game with that CPU many times.

When this crash happens, is there an error message that appears? If so, could you provide it in your next response? Do you notice any patterns with the crash? Outside of standing idle in a town, does this happen anywhere else?

No. there are no message, my pc just restarts.

Only happens in fFXIV, every other game works fine :S

What happens for you? How is it unplayable?

So to give more infomation.

Before i had 980TI, i would always have 1x wow, 2x chrome with 15+ tab each open + FFXIV at all time when i was playing. Ran smooth , nothing to worry about

When i dose the same on my 2080TI Matrix, my PC sometimes just shutdowns/resets, just black and start up again :S

One time i happend in the start, just idle in town, next time was in the middle of a trial fight, the last time was in the MSQ after a trial when i was listning to them talkinng.

Could you provide a system report? Simply go to the 'Config' option on the Final Fantasy XIV launcher and to the right of 'System Information' click on 'Display.'

I have also looked trough the Event log, without luck, as some of the error are quite common

Error 41: The system has rebooted without cleanly shutting down first. This error could be caused if the system stopped responding, crashed, or lost power unexpectedly.

I get some information logs before it restarts, but thats just information

My CPU temp dose not go over 60C and my GPU temp are also fine
