Oni is a clan of gamers dedicated to reveling in the FFXIV realms. We are a multifarious group of nefarious characters! While we do come together from different walks, the Clan of Oni is a place we like to consider a home. We have been around a couple of years, but many of us have been friends much longer than that.

We have a welcome environment for people of all types. That said, we aren’t going to tolerate any racist, bigotry, or supremacist crap. We are demons with honor as far as mischief allows.

We have a simple goal to give anyone a home, and to have support from players like them. Oni has been built to do things like train and build up players, rather than tear them down. While FFXIV is our home, many of us span different games. Steam, Switch, PS4, and other environments are welcome as well.

What is the Clan made of?

Oni currently has 30-40 active members, while some others remain inactive. We have the following list of things that we run through, and you can see some results on the webpage.

· Monthly FC events. These are in addition to the holiday events built into the game. These events include: Scavenger Hunts, Costume Contests, DPS races, Pollyanna/Secret Santa, Birthday Runs, and more.

· Mount farms – From Pony farms all the way up to prior savage content for mounts. We’ve managed to regularly run these events with absolute success.

· Treasure Maps – On a regular basis, the gatherers of the FC come together with maps and invite those not so lucky so we get people building up gil as well as getting items. Some items go to the FC to make sure we have a plethora of items for giveaways in our events. Other items are free roll to make sure we spread the love.

· One core raiding group at this time, which is looking to expand into two teams if we get the right people. We have already cleared Titania EX and Innocence EX, and are looking to face the upcoming Savage content.

· PVP – There is a small group of us that love to PVP. Feast and other runs have become a primarily fun environment. If you love to PVP, sharpen your weapons, load a full clip, and stock those arrows, we have some Fightin’ to do!

· Gathering/Crafting – Right now, we have a couple main players that help the FC gather and craft. We are always looking to expand this roster, as it makes the structure stronger to have so many skilled types. That said, the current crafters and gatherers do provide for things like raids and FC events. They work damn hard, and they do not go unrewarded.

The Recruitment Details:

So, now that you know us a bit, here is a little of what we look for in an Oni Member. While there are things we are primarily looking for, that does not exclude anyone. Only exclusion you will find is in the previous intolerance for hateful types.

· Progression Healers – Right now, we are low on progression healers. We are looking to have two teams of Core Raid groups. That said, we need to bring the powerful healing. We have responsive and heavily armed tanks, and a set of DPS that is climbing the charts. We would like to have Healers in the same mindset. If you are coming with others, we do rotate to keep people fair and progress everyone forward, so there is ample opportunity for getting ahead.

WHM Slot available, Weekday Raid Team(Times are flexible, but Evenings EST Wed/Thurs looking like the main days

· Omnicrafters/Omnigatherers – While we have a couple strong ones, really looking to build up our crafting/gathering side so that there is more availability as we grow. Oni works around principles that keep people from being sole providers or feeling like you need to be the only one doing anything. Come into the Clan, and know you will have backup.

· Savage Static Recruitment – Right now we have Tanks and DPS that are doing well as a single team. As above, we do need regular healers. However, with expanding for a second team, all classes are desired. We are looking for those that enjoy theorycrafting and pushing out every last drop from their skillsets to motivate the other players around them.

We Are Actively Recruiting for A Second Raid Team - WHM Healer and DPS primarily needed. DRG/MNK/MCH/BLM slot possible

That said, we do not have a raid environment where you are getting treated like garbage. Those that come here will know that there are ways to progress without being screamed at.

· Good Demons in need of a well-furnished home – We are looking for people that want a long-term home. From new gamers to old, we have a rather thorough variety of types. We also span all time-zones.- 18+ please. We do have mature themed channels in Discord, and while we welcome all types, we would like to be sure**- We age range from 18-40's right now. All Mature ages are welcome.- Anyone looking to learn to progress in the game. We do run training parties to teach mechanics and more. If you want to learn and grow, then you can do that here.**
