World data could not be obtained. Error 1016 - After Balmung being fixed.

During Balmung going down yesterday i was in the loading screen performing a world visit. Never made it to Balmung on my end. Got kicked and could not log back in. When selecting my character from the character selection screen all his info to the left has "???" under them other than "World Visit" which says Balmung. Once i select the character to log in i wait in the queue like normal then i get the "World data could not be obtained" Error 1016. As stated down below i created a character so i could seek assistance in game and i can log in and out of that character with no issue. At this point the server issues were resolved according to SE's update to the post. I looked around online and noticed that other people had the same issue but it was resolved when Balmung was brought back up. I can't seem to find anyone still having the issue. I contacted customer support several times but did not have much luck with any real assistance other than wait it out. As of today i waited until after server maintenance to see if that would pop my character back up but i can still not log into that character. All the same issues. Had a friend try to log into the character but he could not log in either. He could however log into the newly created character, as i could.
My concern is that if the server maintenance did not fix the issue, that i don't believe any kind of automated system is going to fix it. So i am seeking assistance here. Any insight would be greatly appreciated.

Steps:
1. Relogging
2. Restarting application
3. Contacting customer support #1 Was told to create a new character and submit a ticket, and wait. Created character submitted bug ticket.
4. Contacted chat customer support #2 after i noticed the Balmung issues were resolved according to SE's update, was told to create a harassment ticket to get into contact with GM. Did so, haven't heard back yet.
5. Waited until today, contacted chat support #3, was given customer support number to call. Called and was told to just wait it out.
6. Had friend try to log into my character from a different computer/ISP/State, same issues. Cannot log into Sorondo but can log into the new character i created.
