Crystarium Craft/Gather NPC unresponsive/dead. Can't take quest or turn in items.

Date & Time: Last 3-4 days multiple times over 2 chars.
Frequency: Repeatedly happening. can't pinpoint yet what makes it happen.
World name: Louisoix / Zodiark
Character name: Meiko Chu / Rubi Chu
NPC name: Bethric, Thiuna, Iola, Frithrik
Class/Level: Any class.
Area and coordinates: The Crystarium ( 11.6 , 8.8 )
Steps:
1. Different NPC of those Craft/gather ones, stuck. Either at "taking next quest" or at "delivery items" stages.
2. Normally you right click them and deliver/take quest. If wrong class, you get reply "you need xyz class for this" .... But in my case they do NOTHING. I can't proceed the quest.
3. Randomly? After hours/days waiting they "may or may not" respond 1 by 1 again. then another might bug and become unresponsive.
Atm i managed to finish all except FISHER NPC on Rubi Chu. It's unresponsive right now.
Yesterday it worked, today i want deliver items and he does not react.
Same pattern all time. they just stop working suddenly.

Relogging, Restarting, Zoning, Doing dungeons. other quests. whatever. seems not to have any influence.
So far can't tell what "unbugs" it, but apparently it unbugs itself "sometimes".

It has been very. very, very frustrating the last days.

I have this with Iola just now. Everyone else is ok. Iola showing the symbol for taking deliveries, but clicking just untargets her. Also tried relogging, zoning, travelling to another world, cancelling a levequest so I wasn't 16/16, all to no effect.

I've had this with a couple of them. Go to a different zone, close the game completely, then log back in.

The 2nd time it happened was for ALC/CUL, I was trying to speak to him for the first time unlocking the quest line. When I came back in, he was at the very end of the intro quest.

Thanks! That fixed it for me. Still something that needs to be addressed of course.
