yeah, thinking about it, it was kinda implies he was a realy powerfull mage and quite the importent guy.

Don't change my point, Elidibus complied to a mortal without putting any kind of argument. It may be because it serve his plan, but I really think it was intended to show the dominance of Zenos over any opposition force, be it ascian or his own father. Even if he's weak, I'm pretty sure Elidibus would make Ran'jit his puppet in a handfull of minute and won't take any of his menacing stare seriously.

Hades was a member of the convocation so he was definitely important,and the Amaurotines seemed to respect him a lot but i didnt expect him to be so powerful,i was surprised tbh considering he said the Light sky is too much for him to stay long and was taxing oof,either way cant wait for 5.1!!

I'm happy that ShB went in the direction of high fantasy instead of more Eorzea politics. Still have so many questions related to the Ascians so eagerly waiting for 5.x for more lore. Wondering whether they will ever top Emet-Selch as a FFXIV villain/character in general. YoshiP said that the Zodiark/Hydaelyn arc is 80% done with ShB and it really feels like the bad guys' situation is increasingly dire with Elidibus being the only one left. I'm hoping that they'll surprise us with some more twists before the end.

As for the game, settling into a routine of slowly leveling all battle classes to 80 for the amaro mount, working on savage, and running the new maps. I really enjoyed the conclusion to the Crystalline Mean questline you unlock after finishing all 5 facets, and am looking forward to the Ishgard restoration.
