Help me please, My pc doesn't start ff anymore...

So, i had to reset my pc.
Installed Windows 7, direct x11 and best drivers for my graphic card. (Nvidia GeForge630...)
The pc is the same as before, but now ff doesnt work anymore.
I tried re installing the client twice, made a settings restore option in the launcher, tried to run the game in full screen mode, in window mode, even in different resolutions, but nothing.
Im getting crazy, trying EVERYTHING but the problem is not getting fixed and im missing the summera event and WASTING SUB DAYS.
Please help me!!!

i even tried to run it with direct x9, but ofc they're not supported, so it didn't work.
