Hello, since around the launch of shb I’ve been having some of my skills be cancelled and put back on cooldown when used. Gif attached shows what the issue looks like on my end. I have tried using a VPN connection to resolve the issue, lowering graphics and capping my FPS but nothing has resolved it. I have generally low ping and don’t see any lag anywhere aside from using abilities.
