Suggestions to Make 6SS Amazing!

Hey there, Roxanne Stoner here! TK enthusiast and theory crafting madmonk, mwhahahaha! Thought I'd start up a new thread since my previous suggestion thread more or less was just me defending the TK rotation.

Anyway, with patch 5.05 out with the amazing monk changes and Eden Savage, monk's in a really good place right now. RoF is stronger, RoE is super OP, despite my misgivings on it at first, the Form Shift GL is really useful (especially in E3S), and even though it makes the GL refresh of RoE and Anatman less relevant, both have effects that have them used frequently anyway.

So, that just leaves us with Six-sided Star. While I've found uses for it, primarily in the TK rotation, it's still underwhelming as a lvl 80 move. The solution, it needs to give something a bit extra. Best ways I can think of to do so are thus:

-Buff it's potency
-Have it give a stack of GL
-Have it give a one or two stacks of chakra
-Have it boost the potency of TK.

Any one or combination of these would make 6SS really feel like a lvl 80 move and would make the class feel complete, even though it's a complete monster in terms of DPS these days. Fingers crossed the SE buffs it!

Monk is the the most unbalanced job in the game right now. It's damage surpasses SAM and is second only to BLM, yet provides raid utility. Moreover, it's impossible to really lose GL3 and you get a bonus True North with Earth's Reply. The only thing I can see MNK getting is QoL adjustment to Anatman. That's literally it.

I can see that. Most monks don't realize that Anatman combos off 6SS really well (you're guaranteed a stack of GL without clipping GCDs due to the long CD), but I have heard people suggest having it instantly give a stack of GL, which would be nice.
