il can achieve by farming time/crafting gear and there will always be a top cap according to patch progression, certainly people could harassed other for il but I believe only extreme idiot do that
Parse number not quite...I have seen MMO turn a community what bigger number mean more talking power, it bring the worst of man. Also what’s the point of personal parser when such number are being ask by other.

I agree we need some indicator to show how we did, but not a parser, something better reflecting fight scenario, a better improve version of sea sky stone, only give you “pass, near enough but need to work hard, you are long way from clearing” these kind of indicator show the player have full capabilities to clear specific content in their role. It may not tell you how good you are above the clear content line, but at least it give you an information you are not an dead weight and not being carry
A line have to be draw, I believe a traditional damage meter will never be official(I do hope so), yet sometime I also question if I am doing my rotation right or line up my buff right, and this could be the tool where the middle ground could be achieve
