Not much to say since I don't understand what's going on. My ping has been stabilizing between 40-80 ms. I also don't lag in the open world, only during dungeons. I play on Aether-Siren.

I have lag in the open world, but not as much as yesterday, yet very noticeable lag in instances/dungeons. I also play on Aether. My more curious gripe is my overall ping ever since Shadowbringers launched. During Stormblood my average ping was 75, now I average a little over 100 with regular spikes into the 150s. No changes with my internet either. It really makes the game much less fun to play and sometimes unplayable with the spikes.
I've been having bouts of random lag spikes ( in dungeons where everything stops for a second or three and then catches up ) I play on the Aether server ( Siren ) and it's getting pretty bad in random spots.
Please Square Enix, we pay enough for a sub that server issues like these should be seldom at best ! It's been consistently getting worse as the week progresses. I've also done multiple tests on my home network to confirm no packet loss and etc.
When will this be solved ?

Good afternoon and thank you for posting on the Final Fantasy XIV Technical Support Forums.
I apologize for the delay in our response. There were some network difficulties reported around the time of this post. These have since cleared up. Are any of your still having issues?
We hope we can be of assistance in helping you enjoy the exciting world of Final Fantasy XIV!
They're back. Currently in a dungeon and the entire group is lagging. There was also a mass disconnect earlier that hit a bunch of people on my server (Diabolos) and hit over half the 24 man raid I was in.Good afternoon and thank you for posting on the Final Fantasy XIV Technical Support Forums.

Just ran Labyrinth of the Ancients and everyone lagged pretty bad. Ended up wiping because of it.
Honestly the issue has never left since ShB release. It seems to be prevalent mostly for east coast US subscribers. I am constantly experiencing packet loss and rubber banding in duties. The game to some extent has become unplayable for me and I have had to disband multiple Ex Primal parties because of this. I have also canceled my subscription. Actions and animations seem like they go through, yet they don’t. Then you lose where you even are in rotation because you can’t tell for some amount of seconds til it catches up - if it even does at all rather than just black screening you. Also you will get hit by boss mechanics you are clearly nowhere near. For example: standing underneath Titania while Phantom Rune is not even halfway thru casting (wings down), and still getting hit by it, because you have Temp DCed halfway thru a fight is no fun for anyone involved. I’m not an IT person but I think some trace routing needs to be performed to determine where this network failure is occuring.Good afternoon and thank you for posting on the Final Fantasy XIV Technical Support Forums.

P.S. I’ve speed tested my connection to a Comcast node in Sacramento, Ca and found my DL speed to be 129.4 Mbps and UL speed of 12.1 Mbps with a Ping of 89ms. Pretty great for cross country so the issue seems to reside elsewhere...
I'm about to join your boat honestly. This random pausing and catching up in dungeons is crazy stupid. It does not seem to happen when i'm doing anything else in the game but once i get into a dungeon/raid i start to get this constant pausing/catching up. I have checked my network multiple times, i have even gone as far as getting a different Ethernet cord etc.Honestly the issue has never left since ShB release.
