High ping playable class

Well, to my surprise there are no East Coast servers, therefore my ping is around 350-370ms(I can move when cast remaining is at 0.3XX and the spell still goes out).
So, what classes could I play with this ping and not be SO bad?

RDM is one of the worst offenders at high ping (Imagine never having dualcast when you click on your dualcast spell). So RDM should also be on the list.

The best high-ping class is probably Black Mage, and they all kinda get progressively worse from there.

Sam too would be a decent idea. Also may depend on WHERE you are on east coast. I play NIN and i actually rarely have ping issues. (If anything only hits when its the LEAST convenient when it does)

I'm from Argentina. I get 150ms with East Coast and over 350ms with West Coast.
Didn't expect this location when I bought the game
