    I'm curious about the effective of Slow

    How much +20% Slow from arm's lengh can slow monster's attack down?

    Does it mean normally if monster could hit you 10 times before dying, +20% Slow would make them only capable to attacks you 8 times instead?

    *It would be glad if any one could provide the info of how xx% of slow can affect monster. Does 20% from Arm's Lengh much more superior than Shadow Flare?*
