try typing /isearch Edengrace to see if it exists anywhere in your stuffs. also are you absolutely sure you won the roll? did you just see the number but leave before it actually dropped to your inventory?

I'd really like a GM or staff to look at this issue. Not to be rude, but I'm not looking for community assistance. It's not in my inventory, I rolled on the coffer and everyone else in my static passed on it. I saw my need roll in chat for this coffer, it did not go out and the other two coffers did. That's why I need staff support as it's not an oversight on my part.

Yes, i know how /isearch works, results are zero everywhere.
Yes, everyone else passed and I saw my need roll and there were no other rolls for this coffer.
I stood around in the instance with the rest of my group for a good 10 minutes in disbelief that it just vanished and was not passed into my bags.

If you want to contact a GM, you'll have more luck with the in-game support desk. That will also have the advantage of not letting well-meaning players respond to your issues, since you seem to take offence to that.
