Error on Launch

After logging into the client and hitting start i get an error code in japanese and then the game closes. This is on a new computer and i dont understand what to do from here.

Could you provide the error message in your next reply? Have any updates or changes been made to the pc? How long have you been experiencing the crash? Please also provide a system report? Simply go to the 'Config' option on the Final Fantasy XIV launcher and to the right of 'System Information' click on 'Display.'
