I forget the macro, but there is one to remove all regens from yourself.
I used to mash that macro at the end of a pull, all the way till the next.
havent played a tank in a leveling dungeon in years though, so not sure if it still functions the same way or not. (nor do i remember the command)
but in theory, it should work.

I must find this macro you speak of.
