Trolling names, some kind of "playing-with-words" names, after all they are just kind of chiken

It can be from Pioupiou (onomatopoeia of little birds) to Nuggets or Kikuit (more or less "it's cooking" mixed with the sound of birds "cui cui" -other bird onomatopoeia-)
