You probably can only do that emote in swimable water, and the water in the portable pool isn't deep enough to count as that.
I do 100% agree that the furnishing would be improved greatly if we could do /waterfloat
I lol'd when I put down the "kiddie" pool. No kids in my house or neighborhood. I guess I could use it as a foot bath...
"Fanboy is gaming jargon used to describe an individual that has gone beyond the point of being a PC or console game fan and, during online chats or discussions, shifts to defend the program at all costs, unable to take any criticism or acknowledge any shortcomings of the game or gaming console."
Also, for tubs hopefully.
Water float would have been nice but as Penthea points out, it's not deep enough for swimming so water float wouldn't work.
I wish it had a little ledge for sitting on one side. If I sit down in it, the water is over my head on this character. It comes up to the chin on my Midlander female and up to the nose of an Au Ra friend. It only looks like the right depth on my Roe when she's sitting in it.
As for where to put it, our FC stole the idea of sticking it in our chocobo stable from someone else. Hopefully our chocobos won't get foot rot from their legs being wet all the time.
Maybe putting one of the benches "inside" the pool to make it more of a sit & chill spot!
That was the first emote I tried when I placed the item. So disappointing. :/
