Those people have several options that give less exp but dont have any cutscenes at all to choose from.

Those who are willing to suffer through the cutscenes for the high reward help new people to get through the dungeons - and those who dont want to suffer through the cutscenes can get their exp or tomes many other ways. I dont see a reason to adjust this roulette - dont wanna see the cutscenes? Dont do it.
