Rage of Halone doesn't set properly in hotbar (becomes Royal Authority)

Steps:
1. Opened Actions menu.
2. Clicked and drag the icon of "Rage of Halone" weaponskill to any hotbar.
3. When released (set in hotbar), Rage of Halone becomes "Royal Authority" weaponskill.
*Add more steps if necessary

This is not a bug, rage of halone becomes royal authority, read your traits/tooltips. After getting royal authority there is 0 reason to ever use halone, so the game just replaces it

That's supposed to happen, look at your Traits. Rage of Halone upgrades to Royal Authority.
