Dissapointed With The Live Letter

He's tired we all know it but this time he's kinda rude when answering several question,
not extremely offensive but insensitive joke here and there to dogde question which might trigger some people...

The answer regarding the loot is a nice example...

My only issue with the live letter is they touched only one healing question, about just one job, and that was it.

I noticed that they chose one of the ones who agreed with half the changes to astro to answer to boot.

I mean all this did for me was make me put up my healing things for good.. it's a bit sad that I have some sweet glams for healers that can't be worn by other jobs.

they didtn say not to expect more from them, they said we hope you can ebar with us, which means be patient, to me that sounds like we will get an awnser in the future.

Sorry. Quick question, but is the future still not, like, still there in the future? Like, who chose that the deadline was this live letter? They said be patient. Its been a few months are you are all like "no ANSWERS?! You said you would give us ANSWERS in the FUTURE! This is the FUTURE!" Just stop. The Expansion just came out and, honestly, "missing genders" is low on the list of important things needing to be "addressed" right now.

Anyway, I am happy with the live letter. Looking forward to SAM buffs and changes, MSQ update and other changes and systems like New Game+.

Sadly this isn't a new thing. They ALWAYS avoid most Healer questions or concerns.

There were a lot of ways they could have handled the live letter, but regrettably it left me disappointed as well. I don't see why us Viera can't have the older hairstyles if the heads are shaped the same except for the ears. I also think that for future QAs that there should be less of a smug tone to some answers. The Feo Ul/Housing on the first questions seemed like they came from a good place but a better answer instead of talking about riddles would have been, no, we can't do this just yet or that with enough demand it could be possible. Lastly, I found it bizarre that they ignored the gender question as well despite it being one of the highest liked ones.

What is there for them to add to the gender question? They've already said if at some point in the future workflow allows they'll consider them. Are they supposed to waste time every LL saying "By the way, we sill can't do the other genders, just letting you know." They've made their stance clear, "Can't right now, might be able to in the future, might not, if that ever changes we'll let you know, don't get your hopes up." What exactly could they add to that?

This is what puzzles me most. Is not like Viera has an alien-shaped head or anything... they could use miqo'te hair as template, because the ears sit in a similar position.
I think they should commit at least, to the modern aesthetic styles, since some of them are acquired with actual money...

But it's not a "no" he's telling us exactly where they stand on the matter, they'd have liked to, still would but currently they can't and they're hoping that will change one day but don't expect them. IF he said a yes or a no he'd be lying, hes telling us the most truthful answer he can. I appreciate that far more then being told what I want to here or what would make it easier for me, I'm not sure whats wrong with "Until we say anything just don't expect them." Just treat it like a no and move on, because it is until they say otherwise and if one day they announce them? Great, but there is zero more to be said about the topic from them now.
