I thought about that too. What's the det to damage rate though? As in not counting the crits and d.hit, how much does 1 determination equate to compared to strength or another stat?

Apparently, every 25 points of Determination above 380 is equivalent to a 0.1% increase in damage and healing dealt.

Over on the Balance discord they’re recommending Direct Hit. And some Crit ONLY if your base crit is already over 3000.

**What stats do I prioritize on gear?**

Comfy SkS > Crit = Det > Ten

If available gear allows for high Crit values, Crit > Det

If available gear does not allow for high Crit values, Det > Crit

**What do I meld?**

Comfy SkS > DH >= Crit > Det > Tnc

Once you hit the comfy SkS, just go full DH really. Meld some, not all, Crit if your base gear gives you a lot of Crit to begin with (3kish+)

*This does not mean meld up into 3k range, have that amount to begin with*

**What is Comfy SkS?**

-1320 for 2.40 GCD - Base rotation speed
-1421 for 2.39 GCD - Leeway for mechanics and mistakes
-1523 for 2.38 GCD - The boss is really mean

Going slower will result in major dps loss. Going faster will result in minor dps gain.

So I just stacked Direct Hit as my gear by itself was over 1550 skill speed.
