    Do buffs snapshot?

    Returning player and I can't remember - Do buffs snapshot at the time of cast or do they update dynamically. So for instance if I have Raging Strikes up on Bard with only a few seconds left, should I use Iron Jaws to reapply my dots before it falls off?
