And before you suggest it, I have used multiple PCs and browsers over the years.

I have, I used my PC. My friends PC. My phone. My tablet. My friends tablet.

My work training PC. The library PC. The Vita browser.

And on various networks of course.

Same.

And also over five years.

Same.

And that is with Internet Explorer, Chrome, Firefox, Opera, and Brave.

I'd really like to move on from blaming me, and assuming user error and incompatibility, and go towards...

"How do we fix this obvious problem involving communication between our forums and this paying customer's service account."

It's not blaming you, it's troubleshooting.

It's very unlikely that SE will reprogram the forums, so your best hope is that there's something you can do to fix it.

Well there isn't really anything else I can think of that could be my fault.

I got another email today and I also called them, both basically said to wait here on the forums.
