In fact there is, actually exists a WHOle World Health Organization that does exactly that, study and categorize in an objetive manner the health, including mental health, of societies arround the world. Spoiler alert. Western World is mentally ill and facing a serious pandemic of social-whitdrawal syndrome, depression, anxiety and stress disorders and others. A whole emisphere, OBJECTIVELY MENTALLY ILL.

1. Neither WHO or IHME have ever taken this position.

2. Even if WHO HAD taken that position, they have, in recent years, taken radically different positions on what they consider mental health than the actual experts in the field. They have 0 mental health professionals on their current board


Also note, the WHO doesnt consider mass starvation in developing countries or North Korea to be a health issue...
