I see now Thanks, it's kinda new to for changing gear for a quest.

Now the other 3 leves quest is still in mystery for me.

For leavequests you need to initiate the mission once you are in the proper area.
Check on your map for some green circle with the name of the related quest.
Once in, click on the related quest and initiate.
