Alternately, just give us some instant spell procs.

Slide-cast, Dualcast, instant proc, Swiftcast, and we've already chained plenty of spells without Reprise.

Changing how Acceleration works would be a better thing to do, if you're looking for more mobility flexibility, damage and a similar effect to chainspell.

Something like: For the next 4 seconds, cast times are reduced by 3 seconds. Each Verthunder/VerAeros casts 100% proc Verfire/Verstone respectively

While I love the idea of giving us our own Lightspeed kind of skill to swap our V-longs with our V-shorts, isn't 4 seconds a little short? And combining with Acceleration a little counterintuitive? I mean you would only want to use it on Verthunder and Veraero, which is fine, but you would only get one V-long cast out of it if you started casting immediately. You wouldn't get any value of shortening any other spells.
