I've been trying to get Fleece+1 through crafting sheepskin. It's easy. However, I tried several times (4 tries), the HQ are 6 fleece, not 3 fleece+1.
So, is it because for the mass production craft the HQ still have 3 level,
HQ1: increase amount
HQ2: +1
HQ3: increase amount and +1?

or just fleece is broken...
