To get the legacy status you needed to have an active subscription for a few month over a set period of time during 1.X.Hey Folks,
I have 2 Accounts in my Name - this one and another one - The first one was registered in November 2010, the second one in May 2011.
With one of them I most definitely played 1.0 - And both Accounts have ARR registered.
One of the Accounts, the older one, has not even a ARR Char - So I assume the Character was NOT transferred from 1.0 ?
However, my question is now: Is there a way to get the deserved legacy status - Since both Accounts definitely existed BEFORE ARR was released and at least one of them had an active Char in 1.0?
Please let me know, since I find it quite unfair that people who played the 1.0 Version suddenly aren't "legacy enough".
Yeah I would think I did that, considering I have a lvl50 Character and several other Classes leveled on it. I mean, FF XIV 1.0 was a little bit different and lvl50 wasn't done in a day.
Disappointing ...
I wouldn't be so sure about this, considering FFXIV had no subscription for quite a while.
This is also a good point, maybe I actually never paid a Subscription to reach lvl50.
But all the work was for nothing - SE just informed me they can't transfer Characters or merge Accounts - And since I won't buy Rush , Level Potions and all AddOns again just to start over with a Legacy Character, I fear that Character will rot forever.
Regarding the Legacy Status: Indeed, the Account must have been paid for a certain amount of time in the last year of 1.0, confirmed by Support. So all Questions are answered, thanks for everyone who helped.
