    Reflagging Moonfire Faire quest

    Is it possible to restart the event quest? I skipped the CS for the initial quest when a duty popped and I abandoned it after the duty instead of turning it in so that I could read the dialogue. However, to my chagrin, the NPC did not regain the quest marker and none of the other NPCs near him will talk to me. Am I just out of luck for the event or am I missing something?
