    Nothing? I think... You can try to time when to go in and out but will lead you to eat some cracks.

    As was stated, Regen completely negates Sear. No reason for your WHMs to not be tossing it out on you or any other melee if your hp starts to dip slightly, it casts really quick and the recast is low.
