    Good morning thank you for posting in the Final Fantasy XIV Technical Support Forums.

    Saylen, could you try doing a cleanboot? Open the task manager and select the 'Start up' Tab. Disable everything here and restart the PC.

    Done, but I'm still getting the same errors as above when I try to log in.

    For what it's worth, my husband has not had this problem, and the only pending Windows update on his PC is a Windows Servicing Stack Update, KB4490628. I'm not able to uninstall that update from my machine to see if it's causing the issue, though.
