Disconnections in certain areas

I've found similar threads are tried the suggested fixes but nothing seems to really fix the current issue I'm facing.

Some days are worse than other but entering dungeons or housing causes me to disconnect. Load into house, move one item, DC. Reload, go back inside, move one item, DC. Stand outside 15 min no problem, go inside, move item, DC. I was just voted kicked out of a dungeon because while I was outside in the world ok for an extended period of time, I couldn't stay connected more than a minute in a dungeon.

I play on windows 7. I did the suggested IE fix, made exceptions in the firewall, modem resets, flush DNS, etc. Sometimes it helps for a bit but the problem keeps coming back.

How long have you been experiencing this issue? Do you only disconnect in housing and in dungeons? Also, are you connected through WIFI or a cable?
