Could you try disabling any background programs and overlays? If you have not done so, could you try doing a clean boot? Open the task manager and select the 'Start up' Tab. Disable everything here and restart the PC.

I've disabled as many programs and overlays as I am aware of, although I do need to keep a few open for personal/business reasons. I tried disabling everything in the Task Manager as suggested, and restarting my computer. Unfortunately, just now after streaming for about an hour, I got another error message:

An unexpected error has occurred. Exiting FINAL FANTASY XIV.

Thank you for the reply Bakugekiki.

If you don't have any issues without the streaming program and only have this issue with while streaming, it sounds like that is the root of the problem. I understand wanting to stream, but if it is causing the game to crash as it is, I can only recommend disabling it.
